## Biography

John Loeffler is an American editor and composer. He worked as an editor on numerous television series and films from the late 1960s onwards, including 35 episodes of *Mission: Impossible* (1966) between 1968 and 1973, 92 episodes of *Little House on the Prairie* (1974) from 1974 to 1983, and 58 episodes of *Highway to Heaven* (1984) from 1984 to 1989.

His other editing credits include the television films *The Loneliest Runner* (1976), for which he received a Primetime Emmy nomination, *Bonanza: The Return* (1993) and *Us* (1991). He later worked as a composer on the *Pokémon* animated series (1997) and related films. Loeffler is a partner in the documentary film company Glacier Film Partners with director Eames Yates.
