John McCutcheon is a television writer and producer. He wrote one episode of the 2024 series *The Penguin* and worked as supervising producer across its eight episodes. He has also contributed as a writer to *The Wheel of Time* (2023) and *Impulse* (2018–2019), and wrote the 2023 short film *Reverence*.

McCutcheon received a Primetime Emmy nomination for outstanding limited or anthology series as supervising producer on *The Penguin*.
