John Post is a sound editor, foley artist and occasional film editor. He worked in the sound department on numerous feature films from the 1970s onwards, with credits including foley artist on *The Terminator* (1984), *Repo Man* (1984), *Dreamscape* (1984), *The Philadelphia Experiment* (1984), *Phantasm II* (1988), *Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers* (1989), *Leviathan* (1989) and *The Player* (1992).

Earlier in his career Post served as an editor on the television series *The Fugitive* (1963) and held assistant editor roles on other productions. He received a Primetime Emmy nomination for his sound work.
