## Biography

John Procaccino is an American actor. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he studied acting at the Juilliard School.

He has appeared in numerous stage productions, including several on Broadway such as *Our Mother’s Brief Affair*, *A Time to Kill* and *An Enemy of the People*. His screen credits include the films *Assassins* (1995), *A Most Violent Year* (2014) and *Three Fugitives* (1989), and television series including *The Good Wife* (as Judge Tom Glatt), *The Americans*, *Elementary* and *Madam Secretary*. He played Ray Birdsey in the 2020 miniseries *I Know This Much Is True*.

Earlier in his career Procaccino worked as a film reviewer and on-air personality for KIRO in Seattle. He has received several local Emmy Awards and nominations for the Outer Critics Circle Award and Lucille Lortel Award for his stage work.
