## Biography

John Rogers is an American screenwriter, television producer and director. He created the animated series *Jackie Chan Adventures* (2000–2005) and the live-action series *Leverage* (2008–2012; revived as *Leverage: Redemption* from 2021), *The Librarians* (2014–2018) and *The Player* (2015). He has also written episodes of *Eureka* (2006) and directed several episodes of *Leverage*.

Rogers co-wrote the screenplays for the films *American Outlaws* (2001), *The Core* (2003), *Catwoman* (2004) and *Marry Me* (2022), and contributed to the story for *Transformers* (2007). He attended McGill University in Montreal.
