John T. Dugan was an American screenwriter whose television credits span the 1960s to the 1980s. Writing for *Star Trek* (1966) under the pseudonym John Kingsbridge, he contributed the episode "Return to Tomorrow". He also wrote stories and episodes for *Mission: Impossible* (1966).

Dugan wrote extensively for *Little House on the Prairie* (1974), receiving a Writers Guild of America nomination for the episode "Second Spring". His other credits include episodes of *Columbo* (1971), *Adam-12* (1968), *Kung Fu* (1972), *Bonanza* and *Dr. Kildare*.
