John W. Considine Jr. (1898–1961) was an American film producer active from the mid-1920s into the 1940s. He worked for companies including Joseph M. Schenck Productions, Fox and MGM, where he joined in 1932. His credits include *The Son of the Sheik* (1926), *Puttin' on the Ritz* (1930), *Dancing Lady* (1933), *Mad Love* (1935) and *Broadway Melody of 1936* (1935).

Considine studied at Stanford, Yale, Oxford and Heidelberg before entering the film industry. He produced several MGM successes such as *Boys Town* (1938), *Of Human Hearts* (1938), *Young Tom Edison* (1940), *Edison, the Man* (1940) and *Johnny Eager* (1941). *Broadway Melody of 1936* received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture.

He was the son of vaudeville impresario John Considine and was married to Carmen Elrene Pantages.
