## Biography

Johnathan Brownlee is a Canadian-American film producer, director, writer and actor. He founded Torfoot Entertainment Group with Ross Meyerson and has produced features including *Decoding Annie Parker* (2013), *The Standoff at Sparrow Creek* (2018) and *Puppet Master: The Littlest Reich* (2018). He directed, wrote and produced *Three Days in August* (2016).

Brownlee attended Hofstra University and Brandeis University. He began his career as a classically trained actor, performing in Shakespearean repertoire and more than 100 stage productions. He serves as CEO and president of the Dallas Film Society and established the Veterans Institute for Film and Media.

Brownlee produced and appeared in *The Yeti* (2026).
