Jon Colton Barry is an American writer and songwriter. He was born on 12 March 1969 in California.

Barry has contributed to *Phineas and Ferb* (2007–) as a writer, story contributor and songwriter on numerous episodes, beginning with "Lawn Gnome Beach Party of Terror". He co-wrote *Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension* (2011) and *Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe* (2020). He has also served as head writer and story editor on *Lego City Adventures* (2019–2021) and worked as a writer and story editor on *Be Cool, Scooby-Doo!* (2015–2017).
