## Biography

Jonas Dornbach is a German film producer and managing director of Komplizen Film. He was born on 7 February 1978 in Ruhstorf an der Rott and grew up in Perugia, Italy. After practical experience in film production, he founded the company Kinoherz in Berlin, which he led from 2002 to 2009. He graduated from the Deutsche Film- und Fernsehakademie Berlin (dffb) in 2006.

Since joining Komplizen Film in 2010 as a producer, and becoming a shareholder and managing director in 2014, Dornbach has worked with directors including Maren Ade, Valeska Grisebach and Pablo Larraín. He is a member of the European producer networks ACE and EAVE. His credits include *Tabu* (2012), *Toni Erdmann* (2016), *Spencer* (2021), *Corsage* (2022) and *Maria* (2024).
