## Biography

Jordan Gelber is an American actor and singer. He originated the role of Brian in the Broadway musical *Avenue Q* (2003–2009) and appeared in the Broadway productions of *All My Sons* (2008) and *Elf* (2012) as Buddy. He has also performed in numerous off-Broadway productions and holds a BA from Stanford University and an MFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.

On television, Gelber played Peter Rathman in the series *MINDHUNTER* (2017) and had a recurring role as Dr. Eugene Hawes in *Elementary* (2013–2019). His other credits include appearances in *Mr. Robot* (2015), *Insatiable* (2018), *Boardwalk Empire* (2010), *The Blacklist* (2013) and *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit*. Film roles include *The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3* (2009), *Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead* (2007) and *Dark Horse* (2011).
