Jordan Young is an American television writer and producer. He began his career in animation as a character layout artist on *The Simpsons* (2000–2004) before moving into writing, developing and writing for the adult animated series *Drawn Together* (2004–2007).

He has written episodes of *It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia* (2008), *Better Off Ted* (2009), *Raising Hope* (2010–2014), *BoJack Horseman* (2015–2017), *Life in Pieces* (2015–2019), *Son of Zorn* (2016–2017), *Close Enough* (2020–2022), *Krapopolis* (2023) and *Long Story Short* (2025). Young has also held producing roles on several of these series. In 2017, he and collaborator Elijah Aron received a Writers Guild of America Award nomination for the *BoJack Horseman* episode "Fish Out of Water".
