José Clemente Hernandez is a director and producer, best known for his work on the television series *NCIS* (2003). He has directed eight episodes of the series between 2022 and 2026.

Earlier in his career, Hernandez served as first assistant director and second assistant director on *NCIS* across more than 280 episodes from 2008 to 2023. He has also worked as a co-executive producer on the show and held assistant director roles on other television series and films including *Cellular* (2004) and *City of Angels* (1998).
