## Biography

José García Galisteo was a Spanish cinematographer. He worked on numerous Spanish feature films and television productions from the 1970s onwards, often credited as director of photography or in the camera department.

His credits include original footage on *Don Quixote* (1992), directed by Orson Welles, as well as *Blood Hunt* (1986), *Dream Kiss* (1992), *Cartas desde Huesca* (1993) and the television series *¡Ay, Señor, Señor!* (1994–1996). He was born in Seville and died in 2015.
