Josh Barrow is a British actor. He trained on the Epic Stages course with the National Youth Theatre.

Barrow originated the role of Jordan Pickford in the National Theatre production of *Dear England* (2023), which transferred to the West End. He reprised the part in the BBC television adaptation (2026). He plays Tristan in the Netflix series *Hostage* (2025). Other television credits include *Vera* and *Temple*.
