Josh Fadem is an American actor and comedian. Born on 19 July 1980 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he has lived and worked in Los Angeles since 2000. He trained at The Upright Citizens Brigade LA and The Groundlings.

Fadem is known for his television roles, including Martin in *Loki* (2021), Camera Guy (also credited as Joey Dixon) in *Better Call Saul* (2015–2022), Phil Bisby in *Twin Peaks* (2017), Simon Barrons in *30 Rock* (2006–2012), Elliot Evans in *Tulsa King* (2022), and Wayne in *It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia* (2006). He has voiced characters in *American Dad!* and appeared in *Superstore* (2015) and the film *The Art of Self-Defense* (2019). He is active in the Los Angeles comedy scene, has written for Adult Swim, and contributed to Funny or Die.
