Josh Malmuth is an American television writer and producer. He began his career in 2011 as a writer on the CBS sitcom *Mad Love* and joined the writing staff of the Fox series *New Girl* that same year, contributing teleplays and episodes across multiple seasons.

Malmuth later wrote episodes of *Superstore* (2015) and *Ghosts* (2021). He created the NBC sitcom *Abby's* (2019), serving as executive producer and writer on all ten episodes of its single season. He has also held producing roles on several of these series.
