Josha Stradowski is a Dutch actor. He was born on 7 August 1995 in Rotterdam and is of Dutch and Polish descent. He began acting in local theatre productions in 2006 and made his screen debut in the youth series Naranjina en de Kadekapers.

Stradowski graduated in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in acting from the AHK Theatre School in Amsterdam. He is known for his role as Rand al'Thor in the series The Wheel of Time (2021–2025) and as Nicholas Capa in the film Gran Turismo (2023). Other credits include Joris in the television film Just Friends (2018) and Rutger de Man in the series High Flyers (2020). He has also appeared in stage productions including Oedipus with Internationaal Theater Amsterdam.
