Joy Blake is an American television writer and producer. Her writing career began in 2004 with episodes of the series *Kevin Hill*. She subsequently contributed episodes and story editing to *Heroes* and *Ghost Whisperer*.

Blake has written for *Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior* (co-writing episodes with her sister Melissa Blake), *Matador*, *Outcast*, *Outlander* (including episodes in seasons three and four), *The Passage*, *The Resident*, *neXt*, *First Kill* and *Beacon 23*. She has also held producer roles on several of these series, including supervising producer on *Outlander*.
