Joy Perino is a British television director and writer. Her early credits include directing the short film *The Kitchen Child* (1989) and the documentary *James Herriot's Yorkshire* (1993). She also wrote the screenplay for the short *La boule* (1986).

Perino has directed episodes of several British television series, including six episodes of *EastEnders* (1996), three episodes of *This Life* (1997), multiple episodes of *Renford Rejects* (1998–2001) and *Belfry Witches* (1999), and two episodes of *Dream Team* (2003–2004). She received one award nomination.
