Joyce Mortlock is a British costume designer who worked primarily in television during the 1970s and 1980s. She received a nomination for the BAFTA Television Craft Award for Best Costume Design for her work on the 1979 BBC series *Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy*.

Her other credits include the 1982 series *Nancy Astor*, the 1986 miniseries *The Life and Loves of a She-Devil*, and episodes of *Divided We Stand* (1987–1988). She also contributed to productions such as *The Browning Version* (1985) and *Ever Decreasing Circles* (1984).
