Juan Carlos Fernandez is a television writer. He worked for many years as a script coordinator on series including *Scandal* (2012–2016), *The Killing* (2012) and *Cold Case* (2006–2010).

He later contributed as a writer on *Scandal* (2017–2018), the web series *Scandal: Gladiator Wanted* (2017), and *Inventing Anna* (2022). Fernandez is executive story editor and writer on the ABC series *R.J. Decker* (2026). He was selected for the inaugural Latinx TV List by The Black List.
