Juanita Bartlett was an American screenwriter and television producer. She began her career writing radio scripts and held various office jobs while pursuing writing. She later worked with producers Roy Huggins, Stephen J. Cannell and Meta Rosenberg.

Bartlett is best known for her extensive contributions to *The Rockford Files* (1974), on which she served as a writer, story editor and producer, contributing more than thirty episodes. She received Emmy nominations for Outstanding Drama Series in 1979 and 1980 for her work on the series. She also wrote for *Nichols*, *The Greatest American Hero* (1981), *Scarecrow and Mrs. King* (1983) and other series, and collaborated frequently with actor James Garner.
