Judith Barrows was an American television writer. Born in New York City on 23 August 1934, she wrote episodes for a number of 1960s series.

Her credits include the *Mission: Impossible* episode 'Snowball in Hell' (1967), two episodes of *The Green Hornet* (1966–1967), one of *Combat!* (1966), and several of *Daniel Boone* (1966–1969) and *The Virginian* (1967–1969). She often worked with her husband, Robert Guy Barrows. She died in Los Angeles on 19 August 1970.
