Judy A. Burns is a television writer and producer. She wrote the *Star Trek* episode 'The Tholian Web' (1968) with Chet Richards.

Burns wrote for *Mission: Impossible* (1966), contributing both stories and teleplays. Her other writing credits include episodes of *Knight Rider* (1982), *MacGyver* (1985), *Wonder Woman* (1975), *Magnum, P.I.* (1980), *The Six Million Dollar Man* (1974) and *T. J. Hooker* (1982). She also worked as a producer on *Airwolf* and as co-producer on *Magnum, P.I.*.

Born on 1 August 1947, Burns was active in television between 1968 and 1988. She later wrote an episode for the fan series *Star Trek Continues*.
