## Biography

Justin Britt-Gibson is a television writer and producer. He studied film at Temple University and completed a summer internship at Tom Hanks’ Playtone Productions in Los Angeles in 2002. After graduation he worked as a freelance journalist and production assistant, and participated in a writers’ programme run by David Milch on the third season of the HBO series *Deadwood*.

He wrote two episodes of the third season of *Banshee* (2015). His other credits include teleplays and story-editing work on *The Strain* (2014–2015), writing on *Into the Badlands* (2017) and *Counterpart* (2018), and writing and co-executive producing duties on *Lanterns* (2026). An early screenplay, “Grown Man Business”, appeared on the 2007 Black List.
