## Biography

Justine Juel Gillmer, also credited as Justine Gillmer, is an Australian screenwriter and television producer. She graduated from the Australian Film, Television and Radio School in 2005 with a Masters in Screenwriting. Her early career included script editing and writing on Australian series such as *McLeod’s Daughters*, *Packed to the Rafters*, *Neighbours*, *Home and Away* and *The Deep*.

Gillmer later worked in the United States as a writer and producer on series including *Into the Badlands* (2015), *The 100* (2014–2018, where she served as executive story editor and co-producer) and *Cleverman* (2017). She wrote episodes of *Halo* (2022) and *The Wheel of Time* (2021–), on which she has also held co-executive and executive producer roles. Her feature screenplay credits include *The Survivor* (2022).
