Kara Haflidson is a television producer. She has served as producer and executive producer on the Canadian comedy series *Letterkenny* (2016–2023) and its spin-off *Shoresy* (2022–present).

She is executive producer for New Metric Media on *Shoresy*, alongside Mark Montefiore. Haflidson is also credited as executive producer on the upcoming series *I Kill the Bear* (2026). Earlier credits include production management and additional crew roles on series including *Satisfaction* (2013) and *Way Off Broadway* (2012).
