Kara Saun is an American fashion and costume designer. She first gained prominence as a contestant on the first season of the reality series *Project Runway* in 2004–05.

She began working as a costume designer on television series including *Malcolm in the Middle* and later designed for *America's Best Dance Crew* and multiple Comedy Central roasts. Saun served as costume designer on the Disney Channel films *Descendants* (2015), *Descendants 2* (2017) and *Descendants 3* (2019), and has worked on other projects such as *Baadasssss!* (2003) and *The Main Event* (2020).
