Karel Wong Chi-Yeung, also credited as Wong Chi-Yeung or Huang Ziyang, is a Hong Kong actor. Born on 1 August 1967 in Hong Kong, he began appearing in films in the late 1980s.

He is known for supporting roles including the Governor in *Once Upon a Time in China* (1991), Detective Wong in *Fight Back to School* (1991), and Yo Hung in *Young and Dangerous 5* (1998). Wong appeared in numerous Hong Kong films and some television work through the 1990s and 2000s.
