Karen Maser is an American television writer and producer, also credited as Karen E. Maser. She began her television career as a freelance writer, contributing an episode to the sitcom *Cosby* in 2000.

Maser worked extensively on the NBC medical drama *ER* (1994), joining as a staff writer for the thirteenth season and advancing to story editor and executive story editor before serving as co-producer on the fifteenth and final season. She contributed to numerous episodes across several seasons.

Her other credits include writing and producing roles on *Army Wives*, *Criminal Minds* (2005) and *Supergirl* (2015). She previously worked as a radio news journalist and talk show producer, and holds a B.A. in Journalism from Rowan University.
