Karen Sprecher is an American writer and producer. She has worked extensively with her sister, director and writer Jill Sprecher, co-writing the screenplays for *Clockwatchers* (1997), *Thirteen Conversations About One Thing* (2001) and *Thin Ice* (2011). She also served as co-producer on *Clockwatchers*.

In television, Sprecher contributed the story and teleplay for one episode of the HBO series *Big Love* (2006) and worked as a producer on eleven episodes of the first season.
