Kate Burns is an American television writer. She has written episodes of the series *For All Mankind* (2019), including the season four episode "Brazil" (with David Weddle and Bradley Thompson) and the season five episode "Brave New World" (with Nina Braddock).

Earlier in her career, Burns worked as a story assistant on the series *Kendra* (2009) and as a story editor on *Holly's World* (2010). She also wrote an episode of *Being Human* (2011) in 2013.
