Katharine Blake (born Illonne Katharine Inglestone, 11 September 1921 – 1 March 1991) was a South African-born British actress. She appeared in films including *Hunted* (1952) as a waitress and *Anne of the Thousand Days* (1969) as Elizabeth Boleyn.

Blake had an extensive career in British television, with roles in series such as *The Avengers*, *Armchair Theatre* and *Public Eye*. She won the BAFTA Television Award for Best Actress in 1964. In 1977 she replaced Googie Withers as the prison governor Helen Forrester in *Within These Walls*, appearing for one season before leaving due to ill health. She was married three times, to actors Anthony Jacobs and David Greene, and to director Charles Jarrott.
