Kathleen Zellner is an American attorney specialising in wrongful conviction cases. She founded the Law Offices of Kathleen T. Zellner & Associates in Downers Grove, Illinois, in 1991.

Zellner appears as herself in the Netflix documentary series *Making a Murderer* (2015–2018), where she represents Steven Avery in season two. She is also featured as herself in the 2015 documentary *Dream/Killer*, which covers her work on the Ryan Ferguson case.

She has secured the exoneration of 20 individuals and won several multi-million-dollar civil rights verdicts. Zellner was born in Midland, Texas, in 1949.
