## Biography

Kathy McCormick is a television writer and producer. She contributed stories, teleplays and scripts to *Law & Order* (1990) across multiple seasons, including episodes such as "Ritual", "Stalker", "Agony" and "Navy Blues".

She also wrote episodes of *Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman* (1993), *Crossing Jordan* (2001), *Private Practice* (2007), *FBI: Most Wanted* (2020) and earlier series including *Hunter* (1984), *In the Heat of the Night* (1988) and *Falcon Crest* (1981). McCormick served as co-executive producer on *Law & Order* from 1997 to 2001 and held producing roles on *Crossing Jordan* and other programmes.

She received four Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Drama Series for her work on *Law & Order*.
