## Biography

Katie McNicol is a producer at Marc Platt Productions. She began her career there as creative assistant to Marc Platt, working on films including *La La Land* (2016), *The Girl on the Train* (2016), *Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk* (2016), *Hotel Artemis* (2018), *Mary Poppins Returns* (2018) and *Aladdin* (2019).

She has since produced *Girls Like Girls* (2026), directed by Hayley Kiyoko for Focus Features, and *Basic* (2026). McNicol graduated from Harvard University, where she studied English and Film Studies. Prior to joining Marc Platt Productions she worked at Robert Zemeckis’s production company and at The Gersh Agency.
