## Biography

Katie White is a writer and director. She grew up in New Jersey and moved to Los Angeles, where she worked as a production assistant on various projects before securing a writers' assistant position on the CBS series *NCIS* through a connection made by her father.

She wrote two episodes of *NCIS* (2020–2022) and joined the Writers Guild of America. White has also written and directed several short films, including *Treading Water* (2013) and *Coat Room* (2014). She is a two-time Nicholl Fellowship semifinalist and has a feature project, *Containing Charlie*, in development.
