Katy Mixon is an American actress. Born on 30 March 1981 in Pensacola, Florida, she trained at the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama after attending the Alabama School of Fine Arts.

She began her career with stage work at the Utah Shakespeare Festival and made her screen debut in the 2005 film *The Quiet*. Mixon gained recognition for her role as April Buchanon in the HBO series *Eastbound & Down* (2009–2013) and starred as Victoria Flynn in the CBS sitcom *Mike & Molly* (2010–2016). She later led the ABC series *American Housewife* (2016–2021).
