Kazuo Satsuya was a Japanese production designer and art director. He was born in Tokyo on 20 July 1935 and died on 6 January 1993.

Satsuya worked on numerous Japanese films from the 1960s to the early 1990s. His production design credits include *Lady Snowblood* (1973), *Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla* (1974), *Evil of Dracula* (1974), *House* (1977), *The War in Space* (1977) and *His Motorbike, Her Island* (1986). He also served as assistant director on *House* and appeared in small acting roles in several of his films, including *House* and *Beijing Watermelon* (1989).
