Keiko Toda is a Japanese actress, voice actress, singer and narrator. Born on 12 September 1957 in Nagoya, she began acting while in fifth grade and moved to Tokyo in 1973 to pursue a career as an idol singer before joining Nachi Nozawa's theatre company.

She is best known for voicing the title character in the long-running children's series *Let's Go! Anpanman* (1988–present) and for her role as Osono in the Studio Ghibli film *Kiki's Delivery Service* (1989). Other notable voice work includes Matilda Ajan in *Mobile Suit Gundam* (1979) and its films, as well as dubbing for numerous Hollywood actresses. In live action she has appeared in series such as *Power Office Girls* (1998) and won the Japan Academy Prize for Best Supporting Actress for *Welcome Back, Mr. McDonald* (1997).
