Keith Eisner is a television writer and producer. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1993, he began his career in comedy writing before moving into drama with the series *Philly*.

He wrote episodes of *NYPD Blue* (1993), including teleplays and stories, and served as story editor and later producer on the series. Eisner also wrote for *Gilmore Girls* (2000), *Law & Order* (1990) and *The Good Wife* (2009), where he advanced to executive producer. His other credits as writer and producer include *Shark*, *Designated Survivor*, *Madam Secretary*, *FBI* and *The Equalizer* (2021). He received Emmy nominations for his work on *The Good Wife*.
