Kelsey Asbille, also credited as Kelsey Chow, is an American actress. She was born on 9 September 1991 in Columbia, South Carolina. After early work in community theatre, she made her television debut in 2005 with a recurring role as Gigi Silveri on the series *One Tree Hill*, appearing until 2009. She attended Hammond School and later studied human rights at Columbia University.

Asbille is known for her roles as Mikayla on the Disney XD series *Pair of Kings* (2010–2013), Tracy Stewart on *Teen Wolf* (2015–2016), Natalie Hanson in the film *Wind River* (2017), Swanee Capps in *Fargo* (2014), Monica Dutton on *Yellowstone* (2018–2024), and Iris in the film *Don't Move* (2024). She has also appeared in *The Amazing Spider-Man* (2012) and *The Suite Life of Zack & Cody* (2005).
