Ken Woodruff is an American television writer and producer. He began his career as a producer's assistant on the Fox series *The O.C.* in 2003 and wrote episodes of the CBS legal drama *Shark* (2006).

Woodruff wrote for and produced CBS's *The Mentalist* (2008–2014) over six seasons. He later served as a writer and producer on Fox's *Gotham* (2014–2017), created by *The Mentalist* showrunner Bruno Heller. He created and was showrunner of NBC's *The Enemy Within* (2019) and was an executive producer on NBC's *La Brea* (2021). He is showrunner and co-creator of the Prime Video series *Butterfly* (2025).
