## Biography

Ken Yamamura, also credited as Kennosuke Yamamura (山村 憲之介), is a Japanese actor. He was born on 21 January 1986 in Osaka and studied drama at Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia.

Yamamura first appeared on screen in *The Wolverine* (2013) as the young Ichirō Yashida. He followed this with the role of Takashi in *Godzilla* (2014). Subsequent credits include Detective Oguchi in *Earthquake Bird* (2019), Eiji in the BBC/Netflix series *Giri/Haji* (2019), Taka in *People Just Do Nothing: Big in Japan* (2021), and Minoru Arakawa in *Tetris* (2023). He has also appeared in *Sekigahara* (2017), *Tokyo Vice* (2022) and *Black Mirror* (2016).
