## Biography

Kenneth Higgins (also credited as Ken Higgins) was a British cinematographer. Born in London, he began his career in documentaries with the GPO Film Unit and served in the Army Film Unit during the Second World War. He moved into feature films in the 1960s.

He is known for his work on *Darling* (1965), *Georgy Girl* (1966), *You Can't Win 'Em All* (1970) and *Julius Caesar* (1970). Higgins received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Cinematography (Black-and-White) for *Georgy Girl* and BAFTA nominations for both *Darling* and *Georgy Girl*.
