Kenneth MacMillan is a British cinematographer. He joined the BBC in 1961 after training at the London School of Printing and Graphic Arts and working in advertising, remaining there until the mid-1980s before working freelance.

His television credits include *Smiley's People* (1982) and *Bergerac* (1981). Feature films as director of photography encompass *Henry V* (1989), *Of Mice and Men* (1992), *King Ralph* (1991), *Rush* (1991), *Circle of Friends* (1995) and *Dancing at Lughnasa* (1998).

MacMillan received a BAFTA TV Award in 1983 and was nominated for the BAFTA Award for Best Cinematography for *Henry V*.
