Kenny Vance (born Kenneth Rosenberg) is an American composer, music supervisor, singer and actor. Born in New York City on 9 December 1943, he was a founding member of the doo-wop group Jay and the Americans and later worked extensively in film and television music.

He served as music supervisor on films including *The Warriors* (1979), *Eddie and the Cruisers* (1983) and *American Hot Wax* (1978), and composed the title song and additional music for *Hairspray* (1988). Vance also acted in several Woody Allen films, appearing as a television producer in *Manhattan* (1979). He was musical director for *Saturday Night Live* in 1980–1981.
