Bishé is best known for playing Donna Clark in the AMC series *Halt and Catch Fire* (2014–2017) and Lucy Bennett in the ninth season of *Scrubs* (2009–2010). She appeared as Kathy Stafford in the film *Argo* (2012) and as Constance in *Madame Web* (2024). Other credits include *Red State* (2011), *Grand Piano* (2013) and a recurring role in *Narcos*.

She is married to actor Chris Lowell and they have a daughter.
