Kerstin Halvorsson is a Swedish costume designer. She has worked in film and television since the 1980s, initially in assistant and wardrobe roles before taking lead designer credits.

Her credits include costume design on the series *The Bridge* (2011–2018), *Kommissarie Winter* (2010) and films such as *Let's Play House* (2003) and *Hannah med H* (2003). She has also served as costume assistant on productions including *Arn: The Knight Templar* (2007) and *Simon and the Oaks* (2011).

Halvorsson was born Kerstin Marie Halvorsson on 17 March 1961 in Kortedala, Göteborg.
